Please review our refund policy below, which outlines how we handle returns and refunds, especially for our perishable products.

1.  Perishable Products

Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted fudge, chocolates, and confections, all sales are final. This ensures the highest quality and freshness of our products when they arrive at your door.

2.  Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can address the issue promptly. To process your request, we may require:

  • A photo of the damaged product(s).

  • A photo of the packaging, including the shipping label.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect items.

  • A store credit for the value of the affected product(s).

  • A refund, issued to your original payment method.

3.  Shipping Issues

We use USPS Priority Mail to ensure your order arrives fresh and within 1-3 business days. While we take every precaution to package items carefully, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact USPS directly with your tracking information. For further assistance, you may also reach out to us.

For overnight or expedited shipping requests, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order to ensure availability and discuss additional costs.

4.  Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Products that were properly delivered but not to your satisfaction (e.g., flavor preferences).

  • Orders delayed by USPS due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
